🏠Arrivo e partenza

  • Check‑in: dalle 14:00 presso la struttura.
  • Check‑out: entro le 11:00. Ti chiediamo di lasciare la casa pulita e ordinata, con finestre e porte chiuse.
  • Check‑in fuori orario: se arrivi prima delle 14:00 o dopo le 20:00, contattaci 1–2 ore prima per accordare orario e modalità di accesso.

📋Regole della casa

  • Rispetta l’orario di silenzio dalle 22:00 alle 8:00, soprattutto se siete in più persone.
  • Il fumare è consentito solo nelle zone esterne (giardino e patio), mai in casa.
  • Disponi la raccolta differenziata secondo le indicazioni presenti in cucina e nell’area comune.
  • Gli animali domestici sono ammessi, ma ti chiediamo di tenerli a guinzaglio in giardino e non lasciarli da soli in casa.
  • Assicurati che porte e finestre siano chiuse quando esci e quando ti rechi a letto.

  • Il parcheggio privato è a uso esclusivo degli ospiti, davanti all’ingresso principale.
  • Se il cancello è chiuso, troverai la password scritta all’interno del messaggio di benvenuto inviato prima del check‑in.
  • Non parcheggiare sulle zone verdi

🍳Cucina, bagni e servizi

  • La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde, piano cottura e forno. Ti chiediamo di scaricare la lavastoviglie prima della partenza.L'acqua all'interno della casa è potabile
  • Trovi biancheria pulita e asciugamani nelle camere; il cambio in corso di soggiorno è su richiesta.
  • Il riscaldamento è gestito tramite termostato nel soggiorno. La temperatura ideale è tra 19°C e 21°C.

📋House Rules

  • Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00, especially when there are more than two people.
  • Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas (garden and patio), never inside the house.
  • Follow the waste‑sorting instructions posted in the kitchen and common area.
  • Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash in the garden and never leave them alone in the house.
  • Always make sure that doors and windows are closed when you leave and when going to sleep.

🚗Parking & Access

  • The private parking is reserved for guests, right in front of the main entrance.
  • If the gate is closed, you will find the code in the welcome message sent before check‑in.
  • Please do not park on the green areas.

🍳Kitchen, Bathrooms & Facilities

  • The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. Please empty the dishwasher before departure.
  • You will find clean bed linen and towels in the rooms; in‑stay changes are available on request.
  • Heating is controlled by the thermostat in the living room. The ideal temperature is between 19°C and 21°C.
